Mohini joined VanLanduyt Law in 2024 and brings a wealth of legal expertise to the firm. Previously, Mohini served as a staff attorney to the Honorable Stacey K. Hydrick at the Superior Court of DeKalb County and handled a broad spectrum of criminal, civil and domestic cases. In this role she was responsible for preparing jury charges for criminal trials and managing the transition from in-person to remote court proceedings during the COVID-19 pandemic. As an assistant solicitor-general in the Office of the DeKalb County Solicitor-General, Mohini prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanor offenses, showcasing her prowess in trial advocacy and legal analysis. More recently, she has focused on developing expertise in domestic cases. 

Mohini received a Juris Doctor from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, earning the Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both legal writing and advanced legal research. An active contributor to legal scholarship, Mohini co-authored a notable article in the Journal of the American College of Radiology, discussing radiology liability, claims trends and tort reform alternatives. Mohini is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, where she received a B.B.A. in risk management and insurance and was recognized as a Presidential Scholar.
